Art 1 : Registration
Any registration in the MAA SURF school will be done from the registration form which must be duly completed by the parents or legal guardian if it is a minor, or by the interested person if it is an adult. Parental authorization is mandatory for minors. All registrations made in advance by email, telephone or on the website must be accompanied by a deposit of 40€ per person. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or check to MAA SURF SHOP. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. In case of non-receipt of the latter, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without notice. The remaining balance must be paid on the first day of the course. Art 2: Cancellation of courses
In case of bad weather conditions (lack of waves, strong sea, storm ...) the lessons that could not be done within the package subscribed above will be : -Postponed according to the availability of the schedule and that of the trainee -Replaced by alternative activities -Transformed into a credit valid in the surf school, rental or store -Refunded, in case of cancellation of a course by the trainee for medical reasons, the lessons will be refunded upon presentation of the medical certificate or the course can be shared by someone else of your choice (friends, family ...). Art 3 : Responsibility of the structure
The trainees will be taken in charge by the surf school MAA SURF and thus under the responsibility of the educators of this one a quarter of hour before the beginning of their teaching course. They will be again under the responsibility of their parents or guardians a quarter of an hour after the end of the concerned service. The civil responsibility of the MAA SURF school structure concerning its trainees ceases outside of these hours, within the time limits described above.the parents will have to make sure before leaving their child in the MAA SURF school structure, that the planned service takes place. It is strongly advised that students do not leave valuables in the locker rooms (money, watch, phone,...). The Surf School declines any responsibility in case of loss or theft of these objects in its premises.
Art 4 : Insurance
All the people registered at the Surf School have a School License insurance from the French Surfing Federation, including in particular guarantees in Civil Liability, Individual Accident, Assistance and Recourse, the terms of which are described in the ALLIANZ contract made available by the structure, as well as a Civil Liability insurance. The School License only offers these guarantees during teaching hours.
Art 5 : Engagement de la structure école de surf MAA SURF
Within the framework of the chosen package, the MAA SURF surf school structure commits itself to respecting the quality charter of the "French Surf School" label in terms of quality of reception, teaching, supervision and safety. The necessary equipment (wetsuit, boards,...) will be provided to the members during the lessons.
Art 6 : Members' commitment
By registering in the MAA SURF school, the minor surfers and their parents accept the risks related to the practice of surfing in the normal conditions of practice. The trainee declares to be in good health, to know how to swim 25 meters and to be able to surf.
